Human Resources & Administration Manager (Singapore based)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions, including recruitment, payroll management, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.
- Manage office administration to ensure overall Company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
- Support the development and implementation of HR and Administration strategies and policies to cope with the Company’s rapid development
- Report to the Senior Manager in Hong Kong corporate office in relations to all Human Resources and Administration matters
- Prepare periodic HR reports and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Trade Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of all necessary documents for the opening & negotiation of LCs
- Liaise with the banks with respect to all matters, including the release of LC & payment, cancellation of LOIs & managing the cash positions
- Monitor the credit limits of the company by ensuring that all documentation is settled promptly

Brightoil Petroleum (Holdings) Limited, is seeking an Upstream Commercial Manager to work in our Upstream New Business Group. The new business group is charged with identifying and evaluating new oil and gas opportunities, via mergers , acquisition and farmins. Reporting to the Upstream Vice President, the incumbent will be responsible for assessing the commercial and financial value of international opportunities, in additional to providing commercial support to other members of the upstream group.
Upstream Commercial Manager
Based in Hong Kong with frequent international travel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluation of potential upstream (oil and gas exploration and exploitation) assets, providing commercial and financial due diligence, discounted cashflow analysis and ultimate valuations
- Encumbent must be proficient at building discounted cashflow models
- Coordinate and monitor the commercial and financial aspects of the upstream business, including budgets, expenditure etc
- Assist in identifying new upstream business opportunities
- Liaise with external consultants, advisors and contractors regarding these opportunities
- Assist with the communication of other parts of the business in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
