Product Specialist Asia Pacific
Support company Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams for the Hologic Asia Pacific regions.
Responsibilities:
- Share product management function for all imaging and biopsy products within Asia Pacific.
- Evaluate market research to recommend necessary product advancement for the international customers.
- Develop international sales support materials and marketinng materials.
- Develop and assist in maintaining clinical relationships and luminary accounts within the region.
- Travel to support field sales efforts and trade shows.
- Conduct product training and demonstration with dealers and customers.
- Interact with dealers, government agencies and regulatory bodies to gain product acceptance.
- Support technical responses in tender submissions as required.
- Coordinate regional sales meeting, user meeting, and digital workshop.
- Responsible to Product management and corporate marketing in daily duties.
- Arrange product one-on-one presentation, group discussions and education program to customers.
- Assist Managing Director, Asia Pacific to manage the Training Center in Hong Kong.
- Assist Managing Director Asia Pacific in sales, market and distribution development
- Collecting market input, obtaining competitor’s product data, assisting development of product literature and other promotional materials for international teams, coordinating tender specification response, and implementing product training, product launches (internal and external) including training of dealers personnel.

Responsibilities:
- To provide secretarial and all round support to the Director and the whole department
- To monitor and coordinate various activities within the company, as well as to handle ad-hoc projects
- To perform administrative duties including filing, preparing reports, handling calls, emails and fax, etc.
- To work closely with other co-workers in a supporting team providing efficient service to the Director and department
Requirements:
- University graduate or F.7 qualification with formal secretarial training
- At least 3-5 years working experience in sizable companies and serving top level executives
- Meticulous, highly-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to meet deadlines with good time management
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua with ability to handle business correspondence independently
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Chinese Word processing, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fresh university graduate major in English or Translation/Communication and possess excellent English writing skills are also welcome.

Responsibilities :
- Assist senior with administration of production orders and documentation
- Assist in handling I/E Shipping & Banking documents
- Handle label order and clerical duties
- Downloading and processing of customer orders

- Preparation and placement of label orders
