Senior Interior Designer
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial interior industry
- Possess a degree / diploma in Architecture / Interior Design or relevant
- Possess excellent design flair, creative, positive attitude
- Good eye for details and a well organised mind
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good team player, independent and interpersonal skills
- Well versed in space planning, 3D rendering and visualisation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Vray related programs to a high standard
- Creative with good colour sense and design development stages
- Able to presentate to clients with good communication & presentation skills
- Good experiences in the handling and design managing of commercial offices / F&B / Retail projects would be an added advantage
- All applicants are required to submit a detailed portfolio with AutoCAD and 3D visual works

Responsibilities:
- Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
- Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
- Carry out site measurement.
- Handle negotiation and dispute resolutions
- Source for suppliers and specialist sub contractors
- Other quantity surveying related duties.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction or Engineering
- Min 7 years experience in Civil Engineering firm as a tender Quantity Surveyor
- Able to lead a team of QS

- Familiar with residential or shopping mall environment and their differently working condition
- Excellent skill in scheduling, especially in material order, delivery and handover schedule
- Has an excellent quality control
- Familiar with details drawing and alert with potential problems ahead
- Willing to manage outer island project
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Project
- Able to work independently or as a team leader
