Creative Lead / Interactive Producer
We are seeking a top talent with creativity, excellent analytical and interactive production management skills to fill to join our growing team of more than 70. You will work with our Creative Directors and report to the Project and Consultant Team and work on award-winning web sites and online applications for blue-chip local and international clients.
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, distilling user needs and goals, to create innovative information architecture and provide suitable execution strategy and design solutions. You will maintain the integrity and vision of projects under your supervision, bringing together all related disciplines to ensure a balanced-mix of creativity and usability.
You must have the ability to develop top-notch interactive strategy and innovative concepts. Have under your belt at least 5 years solid commercial design experience, preferably in new media design and brand development. You should have extensive knowledge on web marketing development and possess a hands-on experience in the execution of online marketing initiatives. You will have strong web and multimedia production skill. A mix-media experience and style plus knowledge in motion graphics and audio treatment will be preferred.
Strong communication skills in verbal, written and visual are paramount plus experience in leading a big design production team is needed.

The candidate will be working closely with the Creative and Interactive Team and will be responsible for creative and production matters for all design and interactive services.
