English Academic and Program Coordinator
Responsible to: Managing Director
Ultimate Learning Institute (ULi) invites applications for the position of English Academic and Program Coordinator. The position is full-time, twelve months. The applicant must possess a passport from one of the following countries: USA, UK, NZ, Canada or Australia
This list of responsibilities is by no means exhaustive, but is intended to provide a summary of the main duties:
- Prepare course materials including: syllabi , examinations, other assessment material and general lesson material
- Recruit suitably qualified teaching staff
- Evaluate and monitor teachers’ progress and development
- Act as a native-speaker English teacher or relief teacher as required
- Assist in the preparation of policies and procedures relevant the programs offered by ULI
- Develop and prepare and deliver teacher training workshop sessions and materials
- Timetable native teachers into SD, SMP & SMA Schools or any other teaching venture which ULi has embarked on
- Timetable and lead regular teachers’ meetings
- Assist marketing with demo classes
- co-operate with the Managing Director concerning marketing and promotional projects
- Ensuring efficient management of all general aspects of education in school
- Other duties as required that relate to the provision of English language programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise over any aspect of the educational programme
- Assist the Centre Manager(s) as required and assuming the role of Centre Manager in his/her absence
