QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Requirements:
- Male/ Female min. 30 Years Old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electrical/ Mechanical from reputable universities with GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- At least 4 years experience in Quality Control with 1 years in managerial level.
- Good knowledge in manufacture production procedure and Quality Management System.
- Strong analytical, statistical knowledge, and problem solving skills.
- Hard worker, good working attitude, strong leadership, and having good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, fluent in English is a must.
- Willing be located in Cileungsi – Bogor

Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description:
Position is primarily responsible for system testing and troubleshooting of custom MOCVD Semiconductor Process Equipment. Must have experience with various semiconductor industry processes such as mass flow controllers, high purity reactive gas handling, pressure transducers, high vacuum pumps, measurement, motion control, and wafer handling systems, etc. Applicant must be familiar with automated process control equipment, operation and maintenance.
Working hours to be from 4pm to midnight with 10% shift premium provided.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for concurrent testing of partially completed systems and subsystems to product specifications, but not limited to:
- Final Test, Quality Assurance and Customer System Acceptance activities associated with system manufacturing.
- Troubleshoots faulty components and systems and corrects problems. Frequently provides in-house and field Technical – Support to customers. Provide technical support to internal lab.
- Analyze discrepancy data for each MOCVD system in order to provide corrective action and target zero CSI findings.
- Identify and provide improvements of test methods for existing products and collaborate with Engineering to develop methodologies for new products/components.

MANAGER
Requirements :
- S1 from Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or other engineering diciplines of education or higher from reputable university
- Having min 12 years. Out of which 7 years Plant Maintenance, Production or Engineering in Manufacturing Industry with emphasis on 5S (5S champion that able to deliver 5S Training)
- Having min 3 years of exposure in people skill development, training & coaching, goal setting & industrial performance enhancement i terms of PQCDSM, performance indicators (KPI, KMI, KAI, Balanced Scorecards, etc), continual process improvements as coordinator or facilitator, program of lean manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management and QCC with emphasis on PDCA approach and other manufacturing excellence program such as TPM, Toyota Production System, etc
- Good understanding of ISO Management Systems, Internal Auditing for ISO, computerized management systems and particularly TPM
- Good at English and experience with Japanese enterprises and Japanese management style would be advantage.
- Male or female, Computer literate, good interpersonal and assertiveness skill to approach senior executives and team members.
