- ITE/ Secondary education
- Able to operate surface grinder, lathe and milling tools
- Troubleshoot at problems and repair machines
- Able to speak simple English
- Fit and willing to work OT

The person to be selected shall possess:
- Relevant degree qualification (BSc/MSc) from a recognized institution;
- Good theoretical knowledge allied with large relevant practical experience;
- Deep knowledge of machinery and piping systems of ships/FPSO;
- Good knowledge of Autocad applications (Inventor/P&ID/MEP);
- Conversant with Class and Statutory Rules and Regulations;
- Leadership, management and organizational skills;
- Good team building with excellent coaching capabilities;

Planning Engineer
- Responsible to ensure the Operations and Maintenance Management System Data Base is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
- Prepare level 2-project schedule to serve as basis and guide by sub-contractors in making level 4-detailed work schedules.
- Check the planning package submittal by the sub-contractor and make recommendation to the management for it approval as the project baseline.
- Review actual weekly progress submittal by sub-contractors, which include the actual progress s-curve and Manpower Histogram that will be compared to the approved baseline.
- Prepare progress analysis explaining “Cause and effect” of variances incurred in the project.
- Maintain Baseline schedule.Take a periodic walk around at the project site to check actual work progress and also take progress photos for file and presentation to the management.
- Furnish the QS current project status (percentage of work currently done), for progress billing to client and sub-contractors as well.Attend weekly progress meeting with the client.

- Service existing customers and Identify and develop new sales opportunities and markets to achieve sales target.
- Visit potential buyers. Prepare sales documents.
- Submit daily & weekly report to directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’, ITE, Diploma – Mechanical or equivalent, Familiar in Hydraulic Excavators.
- Mature (with sales experience in Construction Equipment or other relevant industries.)
- Must be able to work independently and are highly motivated.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, proactive, a good negotiator and communicator with close follow- ups.
- Able to communicate in Chinese Dialects – Mandarin (As candidates needs to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Process Driving License
- Main station in Tuas workshop.
Remuneration:
- Basic salary range + commission
