JOB DESCRIPTION:
HR
- In-charge of HR activities for F&B sector
- Responsible for payroll activities, such as processing of employees salaries, timely submission of CPF reports, recording of leave and leave application
- Responsible for employee welfare (Insurance coverage, Workmen Compensation and income tax preparations etc. accordingly)
- Employee recruitment and retention
- Represent the F&B sector of the organization in various issues pertaining to the Ministry / CPF Board
- In-charge of various compulsory training and development needed for F&B sector
- Ensuring legal compliance of foreign workers, dealing with various foreign passes
ADMIN/ ACCOUNTS
- Handle general admin duties such as typing, filing of all in-coming and out-going documents
- Recording of in-coming invoices and making payment to suppliers/ landlord and etc
- Responsible for purchasing of restaurant’s stock (Liaise with suppliers etc.)
- Involved in stock-taking sessions
- Liaise with restaurant’s Mangers to ensure accurate profit & loss statement of accounts monthly

Junior Sous Chef
The person will work closely with the Kitchen Team and responsible for the food preparation and smooth operations in the kitchen. Ensures high food quality, service and hygiene standards.
The person must have at least 2 – 3 years of experience in the same position with good certification in food preparation and culinary skills. Be willing to put in long hours and to multi-task. Must be innovative in food preparation and creations. Keep abreast of gourmet knowledge and new culinary trends.
