Site Administrator (based on Freeport Site, Papua)

We require Site Administrator which will be placed in Freeport Site, Tembaga Pura – Papua to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will support and contribute to the achievement of continuous quality improvement in the delivery of services to customers. You also have to maintain administration tasks to high level standard of client’s staff files.

Key Skills / Qualities:

  • Academy or Under graduate from Administration Faculty, preferably with min. 1 year experience in Hospital Administration
  • Mature, pleasant and confident personality
  • Fluency in English language and computer literate
  • Demonstrated initiative to solve problems without supervision and a proven ability to achieve set goals
  • Dynamic personality and able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, a service and customer oriented attitude

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Analyze the economic conditions of current businesses and its activities such as industry trends and competition.
  • Conduct extensive market research prior to starting up new businesses and continue gathering information.
  • Prepare and propose detailed business plan for new feasible business.
  • Plan and secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion.
  • Contact professional advisors such as an accountant, banker and/or lawyer to provide expert information about your business.
  • Network with various industries to explore different potential markets.
  • In-depth understanding of various fields of businesses
  • Knowledge/ experience in Shipping related line and possess concept on LC opening, Bills of Lading, Freight issues and local policies and procedures will be an added advantage
  • High Academic Qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience in Management/ Business Development/ Consultancy
  • Well versed and possess analytical ability with excellent financial/ economical knowledge depth
  • Develop a situation analysis of company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director/ Director of the company and report accordingly.
  • Good communication skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
  • The candidate must have excellent correspondence skills to liaise with higher government authorities, corporates, suppliers, dealers, and financial institutions.
