Front of House Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with members on a daily basis, provide quality member service, identify member needs and retain members.
- Handle member complaints in a professional manner and tinely manner.
- Inspect and review Hey manager process.
- Carry out SAVE process and handle cancellation requests with the objective of achieving set goals.
- Active participation in planning and execution of member activities.
- Conduct and manage effective service calls to members.
- Inspect and review daily collections process.
- Ensure the club facilities are well maintained and operations are smooth.
PERSONALITY
- High level of motivation, self driven, result and target orientated.
- Having experience minimum 3 years Senior Guest Relation at 4 star hotel
- Keen for a new experience, responsibility and accountability.
- Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with any service situations and working with other club team members.
- Ambition for new skills training and future growth.
- Strong proven sales and service skills would be of benefit.
- Having 5 star customer service attitude

Restaurant Operational Manager
Restaurant managers ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. Restaurant managers must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet. Managers are responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety.
Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift pattern organisation and day-to-day management activities. Depending on the nature of the outlet, the role may have creative aspects, particularly in marketing and business development.
As a key role within the hospitality sector, restaurant management may be fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.
Typical work activities will vary depending on the type of restaurant, but usually include:
Business activities
- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
- Analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Organising marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
- Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
- Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development
- Setting budgets and/or agreeing them with senior management
- Planning and coordinating menus.

- Network with various industries to explore different potential markets.
- In-depth understanding of various fields of businesses
- Knowledge/ experience in Shipping related line and possess concept on LC opening, Bills of Lading, Freight issues and local policies and procedures will be an added advantage
- High Academic Qualification
- At least 10 years of experience in Management/ Business Development/ Consultancy
- Well versed and possess analytical ability with excellent financial/ economical knowledge depth
- Develop a situation analysis of company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
- Work closely with the Managing Director/ Director of the company and report accordingly.
- Good communication skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
- The candidate must have excellent correspondence skills to liaise with higher government authorities, corporates, suppliers, dealers, and financial institutions.
