HR Professional – Compensation and Benefits
Job Description
- Plan, design, implement and manage all Compensation & Benefits policies and programs – including salary increase planning, growth-driven profit sharing program, fall plan process, ranges/structures, funding/budgets, benefits plan changes etc.
- Participate in all Compensation & Benefits surveys – include compile databases, analyze and interpret survey data for evaluating competitive pay positioning and practices, and making appropriate recommendations
- Manage benefits contract/relationships- manage outside vendors and internal IBM relationship as they relate to benefits plans, including conducting contract negotiations
- Handles Group Term Life, Personal Accident and Hospitalization & Surgical insurance renewals – manage vendor relationships and contracts, and issues resolution
- Rollout and manage the Flexible Benefits Enrollment Program
- Analyze benefits outcome – develop cost impact analysis and business case for recommended plans/design changes.
- Partner with managers to provide compensation advice – e.g. analyze competitive packages for new hires, transfers, save actions and etc)
- Follow and adhere to compliance with IBM internal and external standards
Pre-requisites:
- Degree in Human Resource with minimum of 5-6 years experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Meticulous, analytical and able to work under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Great interpersonal skills and a team player

New Product / ESZ Planner
Job Description
- Materials focal point for new product introduction
- Responsible to set-up area plan and tracking of area status from FST to GA
- Monitor parts availability for pre-production activities with supply chain specialist and WW NPI
- Responsible to maintain aged inventory, world wide and multi level balancing
- Monthly management review, escalate inventory overages and potential misses
- Participate in local and WW meetings on matters pertaining to NPI and ESZ
Prerequisites
- Freah Degree in business/supply chain with 1 year relevant working experience in a supply chain management
- Team player with good communications skills, strong drive to get work done.
- Strong in problem solving
- Preferable with knowledge of SAP applications

Software Engineer (Tester)
Job Description
Expert Test Verification and Validation (ETVV) is one of the test phases in the development of the IBM Sales Configurators. ETVV testers provide data verification and rule validation of the System X hardware, software/operating system and storage product offerings on the sales configurators against product templates and other supporting documents.
Testers must have the ability to understand the product templates and supporting documents, write good test cases, execute the test cases, create, process and close defects, and perform failure analysis as part of regression testing.
Testers should be quick to learn about server hardware, software/operating system and storage, have strong analytic skills, be able to work independently, and have flexible working hours/arrangement in order to communicate with the U.S. team.
