Responsibilities:
- Draft and implement a full array of company policies and procedures that in all departments
- Review and create the standard operating procedures to ensure and maintain a continuous process improvement for the group
- Consult with top management in developing general company policies
- Partner with different department heads to review and ensure accuracy of procedures
- Refer to the relevant local laws to ensure lawfulness of policy statement
