IT Infrastructure Manager (ITM)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent must be experienced in managing Servers in Unix Environment, especially managing IBM AIX
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in IT / IS. Preferably has minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university in Jakarta
- At least 3 years Experience in Unix Environment, AIX, Sun Solaris Server, Oracle Database, and Thin Client Concept
- Experienced in managing Web Servers, Unix/Linux OS, RSA ACE, Cisco Secure ACS, Network Protocols, Shell Script
- “Flexible & adaptive to change” personality
- Age max. 35 years old.
- Live in Greater Jakarta area.
- Good command of English, understand Korean is more preferable.
- Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with user agencies, businesses and vendors and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications.
- Smart, team player, honest, hard worker and dependable.
- Sufficient skills to listen and ascertain the needs of customers, ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to customers, ability to respond to customers tactfully and courteously.
- Coaching orientation / willing to share knowledge with others.

Engineering Personnel (Code: ENGPR)
Qualification:
- Male, max 40 years of age
- Minimum diploma(D3) education completion either on mechanical or electrical engineering
- Specialize in either mechanical or electrical engineering
- For electrical specialist, expert programming of PLC is highly requested
- 3 years of experience working in the engineering department
- At least 2 years of experience working in flexible packaging industry
- Have basic knowledge regarding the process of gravure printing, lamination, and slitting
- Understands the concept of ISO 9000 and 5R
- High responsibility and able to deal with work related problem outside working hour
- Willing to work late shift hours
- Live in the Tangerang area and willing to be placed in Balaraja

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level technical support to end-users of all levels; to assist PC users with IT related queries/problems
- Liaise with IT vendors on systems configuration, troubleshooting and purchasing matters
- Responsible for IT functions such as upgrading, updating, helpdesk and troubleshooting of both software and hardware
- Install and configure desktop equipment and software

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and test systems for all integration projects (hardware & software)

- Perform site installation and commission
Requirements:
