Regional Compliance Manager – Licensees (Asia Region)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage our Asia Compliance Program for Licensees
• Execute and communicate our global human rights & social responsibility requirements pertaining to compliance issue
• Support Asia based licensees through communication, training and oversight in development of their own compliance programs
• Manage all compliance requirements, review and assess licensee progress in implementing in accordance to the requirements
• Assist licensees to analysis gaps and to develop corrective action plans, monitor and report on the progress in improving any identified non-compliance issues
• Develop reporting mechanisms to analyze and report on the progress of each licensee in meeting our human rights requirements
• Prepare required reports on a timely basis
• Frequent travel and irregular working hours are necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate
• At least 6 years experience in corporate social responsibility, human rights or related field
• Mature, decisive, with good interpersonal skill and high ethical standards
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized office environment

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supervising operations team both HK and PRC
• Provide system training, supports & subordinate both HK and PRC
• Maintain and sustain major accounts through high quality customer service and solution
• Liaise and co-ordinate with carrier, warehouse, trucker and vendors for preparation of required document as delivery order, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of insurance, bill of lading etc
