Responsibilities:
Owns all aspects of the De Ionised Water plant system, operations, maintenance and upgrades. Develop operations and maintenance specification for the plant. Supervise the outsourced maintenance crew. Perform advanced trouble shooting and drive the resolution of all DIW performance issues. Manage the capacity, plan all upgrades and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- 6-7 years experience in managing DIW systems.
- Supervisory background
- Wafer Fab experience an added advantage

Customer Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
- To provide customer quality support to solar and semiconductor customers in SEA.
- To work closely and proactively with customers, sister sites and technical community.
- To act fast and take effective corrective and preventive action.
- Perform out-of-box audit and reliability tests.
- Responsible for measuring and reporting customer’s satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably with silicon wafering & fab, silicon crystal and solar cell exposure and quality related functions.
- Experienced in statistical techniques (ie; DOE, SPC, 8D, 6- Sigma & etc)
- Good data analytical skills.
- Possess a good knowledge of process troubleshooting using statistical approach and process monitoring improvement.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Conversant in ISO quality system will be an added advantage.
- Effective and conversant in Bahasa, English & Chinese with good report writing and presentation skills.
- Must be able to travel, 25 – 40%.
