Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description:
Position is primarily responsible for system testing and troubleshooting of custom MOCVD Semiconductor Process Equipment. Must have experience with various semiconductor industry processes such as mass flow controllers, high purity reactive gas handling, pressure transducers, high vacuum pumps, measurement, motion control, and wafer handling systems, etc. Applicant must be familiar with automated process control equipment, operation and maintenance.
Working hours to be from 4pm to midnight with 10% shift premium provided.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for concurrent testing of partially completed systems and subsystems to product specifications, but not limited to:
- Final Test, Quality Assurance and Customer System Acceptance activities associated with system manufacturing.
- Troubleshoots faulty components and systems and corrects problems. Frequently provides in-house and field Technical – Support to customers. Provide technical support to internal lab.
- Analyze discrepancy data for each MOCVD system in order to provide corrective action and target zero CSI findings.
- Identify and provide improvements of test methods for existing products and collaborate with Engineering to develop methodologies for new products/components.

Requirements :
- This is a mid level position requiring self motivation, ownership and interaction with Top Management and to head the Electrical/Electronics maintenance.
- S1 in Electrical/Electronics with min 2.75 GPA from a reputed university.
- 30 – 35 years.
- 5 to 10 years experience in Electrical/Electronics maintenance to handling manufacture automation in Steel-making, Metal Industry, Industrial & Engineering Goods manufacturing .
- Knowledge of SIEMENS S7-300/400 programming, SIMATIC CFC programming, HMI/SCADA
- Hands on experience of DC drive (SIMOREG) and AC drive (MicroMaster-siemens & ABB)
- Should be well familiar with routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical standards and safety is a must, and knowledge in Rolling Mills and Siemens Automation and Drives is additional advantage.
- English fluency, Computer literate and communication capabilities with seniors & team members.
