The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, an autonomous graduate school within the National University of Singapore, invites applications for the position of Manager, Production and Research Dissemination. This position will support the production and dissemination of the Trend Monitoring in Asia Bulletin, a project supported by the Rockefeller Foundation. This is a full-time position. Appointment will initially be on a 2 years contract with reappoint contingent on funding renewal.

Position Data
Department: Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy
Job Purpose
The Manager, Production and Research Dissemination will work with a team of three Research Fellows to produce the Trend Monitoring in Asia Bulletin.’ The Bulletin is to be published every 6 weeks and will focus on three substantive areas: Investment and Trade facilitation, Health Systems and Energy Security in Asia. The project is overseen by Associate Professors Darryl Jarvis, Phua Kia Hong and Benjamin Sovacool.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The design and production values of the Trend Monitoring in Asia Bulletin
- Copy-editing & proof reading of content
- Construction of tables, graphs and other design characteristics as required
- Coordination of content input from the Research Fellows and Faculty
- The on-time publication of the Trend Monitoring Bulletin (approximately every six weeks)
- Design and maintenance of the production schedule
- Design and implementation of a research dissemination strategy
- Promotion of the Trend Monitoring Bulletin
- Liaison with the Rockefeller Foundation and other key stakeholders
- Assist with the event management of the annual Trend Monitoring in Asia conference

Media Officer
Requirements:
- Male / female with max. age of 28 years old
- Min. bachelor degree in English Literature or Mass Communications
- At least 1 – 2 years experiences in similar position
- Proficiency in English both spoken & written
- Flair in writing on different types of media
- Good news sense, eye for detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Having experience in video auditing
- Creative and comprehend in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Ulead, CorelDRAW, & other related software
- Web updating skill would be an advantage
- Able to work fast and accurate
- Computer literacy
