Branch Operation Staff – Padang (BOH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure completeness of transaction eligibility (i.e. signature verification, fee and charge, rate) are available on the form prior to input into system
- Process all transaction (i.e. Mutual Funds, Remittances, TD, Clearing) are accordance with the delegation of duties and limit assigned by the management
- Provide daily recap on Time Deposit transaction received from the branch to be processed by Time Deposit team in Head Office Operation
- Doing reconciliation with Head Office Operation on transactions being inputted/processed by Branch Operation
- Process the daily activity with accuracy, efficiency and timely manner
- Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy & procedures
- Check all transaction end of day
- Complies with the bank procedures and follows regulatory/operational/security guidelines
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university in Indonesia or overseas with GPA > 3.00
- Minimum have one year working experience in Banking payment and Teller role
- Have good understanding in processing Remittance and Mutual Fund transaction
- Have good understanding on accounting principles & practices
- High integrity and interpersonal skill
- Good judgment and problem solving skill
- High motivated, ambitious and to used to take a bigger challenge
- Person who can always challenge their peers or supervisors
- High accuracy, excellent administrative skills and demonstrate high service attitude
- Full initiative, discipline and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- PC literate and high proficient in written and spoken English
- Willing to placed in Padang, West Sumatra province

Crewing Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Crewing Supervisor, this position is responsible and accountable for the managing of assignments for prospectors (for all types of contracts), according to specific requirements of each survey and vessel and in conjunction with the relevant managers.
Supervision:
- Supervises crewing coordinators on his team, checks results and ensures compliances with procedures
- Manages his team, provides work supports and ensures they are kept up to date
- Participate to development of new common tools and implementation of old ones
- Propose improvement ways
- Conduct annual assessments interviews and formulates salary reviews, promotion and transfer proposals
- Evaluates training needs and ensures the skills of his staff are kept up to date
- Helps recruit staff for his department
Planning:
- Responsible for knowing the staff needs for the vessels on his region
- Responsible to seek sub-contractors for temporary replacements (less than 2 trips) Prior to any permanent sub-contractor recruitment, shall have the acknowledgment of MAPL
- Keep a good knowledge on the staff assigned on vessels under his scope
Administrative management:
- Supervises and help with administrative management performed by crew coordinators
- Audits the monthly workloads before they are sent to payroll administration
- Responsible for checking and approving any invoices involving his crewing (Travel agency, subcontractors)
