Art Directors
At Sparkfury, our talented Art Directors:
- Are strong visual stylists with the penchant for formulating great advertising concepts and cool ideas; strengths include amazing flair in design craftsmanship
- Have exceptional skills to transform any communication into a visual masterpiece; possess a wide range of art direction skills from conceptual, tactical to design-based work
- Are able to interpret, communicate and bring out the brand essence to the target audience
- Are meticulous with an eye for detail, great at multi-tasking and responsible for agency’s fine execution of work
- Are able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, highly-charged creative environment
- Are comfortable to work independently or partner with our copywriter to create award-winning and effective work
- Are highly motivated fun-loving team players and good creative campaign strategists
- Are persuasive communicators of well-conceived ideas, an inspiration to all
- Have been in advertising agency for at least 5 years
- Have graduated with Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent
- You are required to show print portfolio, with advertising campaign concepts and BTL collaterals.
- Experience in developing work for Automobile, Retail, Banking and Consumer Electronic a plus.
- Bi-lingual candidates have an advantage.

The Challenges
You must be a highly motivated individual and strong team player with a key role in supporting surgeons in hospitals in their operations and at the same time, assist the Sales Manager to increase sales by introducing new products to customers.
You will be responsible in driving and maintaining excellent service quality. You will be responsible for the implementation and tracking of service quality standards including the processing of all feedback. This includes receiving and responding to all feedback in a timely manner.
You will take on a pivotal role in projecting a professional and yet personable image of the company which would require excellent interpersonal skills as well as a high level of EQ and patience.
The Requirements:
- Diploma holders (Biotechnology / Medical Technology preferred)
- Experience in Healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition and the ability to work well and interact with people of all levels.
- High EQ and a positive work attitude.
- Customer-centric and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, goal-driven
- Must be a team player and also be able to function with minimal supervision
