SIMULATION SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Software Technology Group of Technology Development Centre in Panasonic Electronic Devices Singapore Pte Ltd, develops numerical simulation software for device design tool systems. The chosen applicant will be joining our numerical simulation software development team, assisting with the design and continued development of the software. Applicant will also be responsible for supporting applications and utilizing various tools and language as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation as required.
Applicants should possess following capacity:
- Degree or higher in Computational Engineering
- Keen interests in numerical simulation software development is a must
- Sound knowledge and skills in optimization algorithms, C++ and Matlab programming
- High-performance computing skill
- Experience of RF circuit design theory and its simulation and Linux system
- Good in problem solving
- Organize, prioritize and apply complex concepts to project tasks
- Ability to work independently and systematically
- Ability to collaborate with your peers including our other R&D centers

Systems Administrator
You will be responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining servers and other computer systems or network devices. You are also required to plan for and respond to service outages and problems. Additional duties include scripting and project management for systems-related projects, support Singapore and Batam systems operations as well as provide daily user support.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences
- Knowledge and experience of Windows 2003/2000 Server, Windows Vista/XP, Windows File Clusters, Windows ISA 2000, Microsoft Exchange 2003, Microsoft SQL Server, Linux, Cisco switches and routers administration
- Able to relate to users from all levels to understand users’ requirements and balance with system capabilities
- Possess MCSE 2003 and CCNA certificates will be an added advantage
- A hands-on person, self starter and team player with IT security mindset
