Proposal Assistant x 2 (ref: JRMAP/8001)
Responsibilities:
- To participate in proposals strategy discussions, coordinate with operational and support groups that provide data for proposals
- To review the data provided, ensure consistency and compatibility of all parts of proposals compile and assume responsibility for completed proposals
- Assist in the bidding and proposal process
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in estimating major marine installation and fabrication of offshore production facilities
- Additional experience in other project controls, project planning, cost engineering and project execution is desirable
- Experience in proposal preparation and management presentations as well as good oral and written communications and presentation skills are a must
- Strong written and oral skill in both English and Mandarin
- Willingness to travel

Required Experience and Skills :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Petroleum Engineer
- Min.Experience 8 (Eight) years actual on Location time in Co-Rept of Drilling and Well
- Service Rigs (as Driller, Tour Pusher, Tool Pusher or Equivalent).
- Knowledge on SOP, JSA, LOTO, HES & Emergency Response, Sufficient technical knowledge on Drilling operation & equipment.
- Leadership & Team Work.
- Able to write, read and speak English fluently.
- Responsible & Accountable to All Drilling operations aspects & HES.
- Experience 4 (four) years Level as Manager Position.
- Have valid International Well Control Certificate IADC or IWCF.
- Passed CPI Assessment of QA/QC.

Our company specializes in high performance elastomeric and thermoplastic sealing devices. We are expanding and currently looking for suitable candidate to be part of our team.
Quality Inspector
Responsibilities:
- Conducts quality inspections and tests to ensure that all parts and assemblies meet or exceed customer requirements, design specifications and company quality standards, dimensionally, in appearance and product reliability. Maintains calibration schedule on employee and company tools and provides repair assistance as required. Performs other duties, incidental to the job as assigned.
- Conducts first part, in process and final inspections of parts/assemblies in process to ensure operator accuracy and traceability documentation is complete – by monitoring dimensions and visual appearance of components per print, router specifications and quality plans.
- Performs inspections of prototype and R & D products as specified.
- Conducts various quality tests verifying conformance to design and print specifications, using equipment such as calipers, thickness gauge micrometers, height gauge, hand gauges, computer radius gauge, pie tapes, optical comparator, manual CMM and precision hand measuring equipment.
- Capable of operating, editing and troubleshooting the Programmable CMM.
- Visually inspects parts for any defects including but not limited to blemishes, char, voids and cracks.
- Maintains quality records as required by the Quality Management System.
- Conducts incoming receiving inspections as required by the Quality Management System.
- Assists employees by interpreting customer specifications verifying quality, troubleshooting problems, and answering questions as needed.
- Participates in problem solving analysis and solutions
- Requests corrections of routers and prints, initiates NCR’s, MRB’s and CAR’s.
- Communicates with Engineering and Manufacturing as needed.
- Assists in the training of employees as requested.
- Performs calibration of company and employee owned tools as required by the Quality Management System
- Responsible for operating machinery/equipment in a safe manner as well as keeping equipment clean.
- Responsible for utilizing Geometric Dimension & Tolerance as called out on print.
