ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Requirements:
- Eight years of work experience in a management capacity.
- Have good knowledge and skill In Computer applications.
- Able to work independently and take initiative as well as being a good team player.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Facilitate groups in areas such as conflict resolution, process improvement, problem solving and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

- Shall be certified as WELDING INSPECTOR through CSWIP3.0, CSWIP 3.1, AWS, & / or B4T.

- Should be able to work independently & consistently under a challenging onshore and offshore construction environment.
- Familiarity with international codes / standard is essential.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER STRUCTURE
General Requirements:
- Engineering degree from a reputable University with GPA > 3
- Highly conversant with relevant codes and standards in oil and gas industry
- Excellent oral and written English
- Willing to work in a fabrication/ construction environment
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the position applied is a must
- Familiar with McDermott system is preferable
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve shop drawings, work packages
- Prepare work instructions, material purchase list and issue materials
- Resolve technical issues found with fabrication personnel, engineering office, vendors and clients, etc.
- Ensure that the fabrication is supplied with the appropriate drawing and materials in a timely manner
- Monitor, report progress and liaise with all parties to ensure the project progress is running on schedule
