Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Assistant
- Form 5 or above, at least 3 yrs relevant experience in Electronics & Manufacturing firm
- Handle overseas customers’ enquires
- To arrange shipment from China to Hong Kong
- Follow up sample and orders, handle purchase orders
- Self-motivated hardworking and mature
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin & English
- Proficiency in PC skills such as MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop etc.

- Form 5 or above, at least 2 yrs relevant manufacturer experience
- Knowledge of I/E & Banking documents independently
- Full knowledge of L/C and able to liaison with China Forwarder and factory independently
- To arrange shipment from China to Hong Kong & Overseas
- Self-motivated hardworking and mature
- Good command of English & Mandarin
- Full knowledge on PC, data entry and Tradelink

Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Control & monitor warehouse operations efficiency
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in carrying out the company policies
- Manage and lead operation of logistics team on logistics, warehousing and inventory control
- Conduct physical inventory counting for the purpose of verifying stocks and identifying losses
- Conduct continuous review, plan and evaluate warehouse activities, work method, staff performance and development, and overall efficiency
- Ensure workplace health, safety, cleanliness and 5S requirements
- Answer queries or complaints effectively from both internal/external principals/customers in a quick manner

Head of Information Technology
Heading up a team of 10 staff, you are expected to plan, direct, manage and oversee all the activities and operations of the IT Department with regard to information technology, office automation and telecommunication systems. You should be able to establish IT strategy and direct towards the technological objectives in support of the company’s mission and core objectives.
Major Responsibilities :
- In charge of Oracle ERP and related peripheral systems (such as POS/retail systems) in respect of on-going development, maintenance and enhancements
- Develop an annual business plan and operating budget for the department and monitor its implementation
- Monitor IT Service delivery to ensure that the targets & standards are met
- Direct the preparation and implementation of IT polices, procedures & standards
