Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance. Overseeing the implementation of the project, you will track and control all project phases and activities.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent) from renowned university, with good results preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years’ in project management and solution
- Familiar with the various system platforms such as MS .Net, web, application and database servers etc
- Self motivated to keep abreast with the latest public internet trends such as Web 2.0, SOAP, AJAX etc.
- ‘Hands-on’ knowledge, regional exposure and experience within the vendor / subcontractors and user environments
- Excellent customer relationship management, sub contractor management, presentation and proposal writing skills
- Knowledge of MS Visual Studio, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, Stored Procedures, JavaScript, Web Service, understand SDLC and PMBOK processes
- Design concepts using UML, ER/EER, design patterns important
- Strong usage experience of MSSQL 2000/2005 and/or Oracle/DB2
- Strong knowledge of business modeling tools and techniques (e.g. UML, Use Cases, etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry
- Able to effectively lead a team & solve problems, and cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork
- Determined to stay at the forefront of technology development
- Good communication & written skills in English & Chinese
