Inside Sales Engineer/Technical Supp Engineer
General Purpose of Job:
- To offer technical & service support and assistance to sales agents, sales manager and distributors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Joint sales visits with local and regional sales team to provide technical support and consultancy.
- Provide technical support on products, applications and synergy
- Advise customers, Distributors, and Sales Agents on product applicability.
- Maintain accuracy of technical documentation and other promotional materials
- Train Product Specialists, Sales Agents, and Distributors on product applications and capabilities
- Provide technical demonstrations of product capabilities to select external constituents
- Serve as a post-sale technical resource
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical)
- At least 2-3 years working experience in Engineering/ Technical Services Support.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated willingness to travel.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
