We are currently seeking for a candidate who has the positive attitude, independent, meticulous and well organized to join our technical support team.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

• To provide technical support on-site and off-site.
• Willing to provide on-site / off-site support during weekend.
• Investigate into customer’s complaints and rectify the problems, by recommending the necessary actions to prevent recurrence
• Involved in the software testing and technical documentation
• Maintain proper project tracking, monitor and documentation.
• Provide user training to end-users or business partners
• Provide software and hardware installation on-site and off-site.
• Liaise/support inter-department requirements to increase service level to customers
• Willing to travel.

Requirements:

• Service oriented, independent, positive attitudes, meticulous and well organized.
• Must be able to multitask and adaptable to environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform software & hardware troubleshooting.
• Preferably with relevant experience in software technical support or servicing industry
• Knowledge in networking is a plus.
• Diploma in IT or related discipline
• Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply Fresh graduates are welcome.
