Technical Support

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance
• Implement new and maintenance projects

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or in Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent) from renowned university, with good results preferred
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years’ in networking and computer support
• ‘Hands-on’ knowledge, regional exposure and experience within the vendor / subcontractors and user environments
• Experienced in at least 1 full SDLC is preferred, especially with enterprise applications
• Excellent customer relationship management, sub contractor management, presentation and proposal writing skills
• Certification in the relevant technologies and skill-sets is a plus
• Knowledge of Networking, Servers and Apps
• Strong understanding of firewalls and other security applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry
• Able to effectively lead a team & solve problems, and cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork
• Determined to stay at the forefront of technology development
• Good communication & written skills in English & Chinese
