Traffic Coordinator (Import/Export)

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of inbound and export of shipment
• Customer support on shipment advise and after sale support
• Preparation of shipping documents
• Perform administrative duties like data entry, filing..etc
• Perform day to day operations, transactions and other adhoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
• Customer service oriented, team player with initiative and willing to take on responsibilities
• Pleasant personality, Mature, Meticulous, possess a pro-active attitude towards work and able to work independently
• At least 4 years of working experience in the removal industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
